Order & Returns

Order and Delivery Process

An order placed with FloorballKit will go through  the following key steps.

Online Order

  1. The customer will place order online, confirm shipping method and delivery details and send payment
  2. FloorballKit will start processing the order, verify item availability, confirm payment completed and validate shipment method selected.
  3. If an item is out of stock and have to be ordered from manufacturer stock, FloorballKit will convert the order to a "special order" (see below) and will revert to the customer via email or phone to discuss how to proceed.
  4. Once order is confirmed and all items to be delivered are in stock, the shipment is sent by the preferred shipment method. Delivery usually takes 2-4 days 

Phone/Email Order

  1. The customer will be provided with guidance over phone and email, a PDF based quotation will be provided over email which can be adjusted until the customer is 100% happy to proceed.
  2. The customer to give go ahead with the quotation and send payment.
  3. FloorballKit to process the order as soon as payment as been received.

Special Orders

A special order are large size or orders with products that is out of stock or not usually stocked by  FloorballKit. Large size items such as goals and rinks are also treated as special order. Special orders are handled manually via Phone and Email as per "Phone/Email" order process above.
 

Prices

All prices are in British Pound (£) and include VAT of 17.5%.


Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with item(s) purchased or they arrived damaged (during transport), the item may be returned to FloorballKit.

If you want to return an item, you are required to notify FloorballKit within 7 days of receiving the item, and return the product within 20 days. An item returned must be unused, in original packaging and must not be damaged. Items returned in any other condition will not be refunded.

There is no warranty on sticks. Due to the nature of how a stick is used and can be abused, FloorballKit cannot be held accountable for a damaged stick.

In exchange for a returned item, the customer may choose

  1. A replacement product, without incurring an additional shipping cost.
  2. To recieve a complete refund. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

This privacy policy sets out how FloorballKit uses and protects any information that you give FloorballKit when you use this website or place an order with FloorballKit. We ask you to provide certain information to enable us to process and deliver your order.

FloorballKit is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.  We do not share any personal information with third parties.

We may, periodically send promotional email about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.  From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.


Validity

These conditions are valid for any use of www.floorballkit.com and any orders placed with FloorballKit.
